WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE.

Australiasouvenir.com provides all customers free shipping worldwide for all orders up to $100 AUD.
We now also provides free shipping in Australia for all orders up to $50 AUD!

We use regular Australia post (Australia) and Air Mail (worldwide) for our free shipping offer*.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. The cost is between $4 - $12 AUD (Australia) and $8 - $22 AUD For (Worldwide) depending on the location.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR SHIPPING?

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING OPTIONS
	Australian parcels are shipped with Australia Post and will require a signature upon delivery. This way, you can inspect the package immediately and check if the items sent to you are correct or if there are missing items. If you are not home during this time, you can claim your order at the local post office.
	Express Post parcels are shipped using Australia Post next-day service. Again, a signature will be required during delivery and your order will not be released in the absence of such. Please note that the same processing times apply, your order will simply arrive faster after it has been dispatched. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
	International Parcels are shipped using Airmail through Australia Post. At this time, there is no online tracking system for standard airmail. To view shipping information for your country, visit the Australia Post international shipping page
	For international Express Post parcels, online tracking is available in almost all countries. These arrive faster than standard airmail but it is still subject each product’s processing time. Just like the local Express Post, parcels arrive faster after these are dispatched. International shipments are subject to varying shipping regulations of your country. Please check the Australian Post Internation Shipping Page for more information.
Please Note: Some regions such as the United Kingdom and other European countries may be subject to taxes on imports from Australia. Taxes are entirely at the discretion of your government, for more information on this, please make sure to visit your country’s post office website.

For both local and international shipping, Australia Post has a postage limit of 20 kg. We will do our best to keep it under limit. We use lightweight packaging to help you save on shipping costs. Here are the average deliver times for Regular Mail estimated depending on the location:

HOW DO WE CALCULATE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

In order to provide our clients with superior service we ensure that our customers are informed and updated regarding our delivery fees. Each time you make an order, you will get your shipping qoutes when you proceed to checkout. Your shipping qoutes is based on the amount that australia post charge us for your order.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER YOUR ITEM?

We process your orders within 1 to 2 business days after our receipt of the full payment for your order. If you make your payment on a Friday afternoon, your parcel will be delivered on the next Monday.

We do everything in our control to ensure timely delivery of your parcel. Nonetheless, there are occasions when we experience delays over which we have no control. Please understand that in these situations, Australia Souvenir is not liable for any delays and expenses incurred.
