Q. Is there any discount for ordering in bulk?
We provide discounts of up to 30% for bulk orders. Please fill in the contact us form with the item details and amount and we will give you a quote ASAP.

Q. Do you combine orders?
A. Yes we definitely do. Australia has a postage limit of 20 kg. We try our best to keep it under that limit. We also use light-weight packaging to save you on shipping costs.

Q. What payment method do you accept?

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We currently provide a 30 days refund from the date of purchase for all items in its original packaging. More information can be found on our about us page.

Q. When do we deliver your item?
A. Your parcel is shipped usually within the next 1 – 2 business days after we receive your full payment. If we receive your payment on a Friday afternoon, your parcel will be delivered on the next Monday within Australia.

We do everything in our control to ensure timely delivery of your parcel. Nonetheless, there are occasions when we experience delays over which we have no control. Please understand that in these situations Australia Souvenir is not liable for any delays and expenses incurred.
